Hi, I'm Gayla, founder of I Knead Your Body, where healing, movement, and wellness come together to help you feel your best from the inside out.

My professional journey in health and wellness began in 2012 as a licensed Massage Therapist. As I worked with clients, I realized that true wellness goes beyond relieving pain, it requires caring for the whole person.

That passion led me to become a Personal Trainer and Yoga Instructor, allowing me to support my clients through every stage of their wellness journey.

I founded I Knead Your Body with a simple but powerful mission: to create a space where people feel seen, supported, and empowered to care for their bodies. I believe that healing isn't a luxury, it's an essential part of living a healthy, fulfilling life.

My heart is especially devoted to bringing health and wellness to the Black community, with a focus on empowering Black women to prioritize themselves without guilt. Too often, we're taught to pour into everyone else and cater to ourselves last. I want to help change that by creating opportunities for rest, recovery, movement, and self-care that nourish both the body and the mind.

Whether you're looking to relieve chronic pain, recover from physical stress, build strength, improve mobility, or simply reconnect with your body, my goal is to provide personalized care that meets you where you are. Every session is designed with intention because your wellness journey is unique and you deserve support every step of the way.

At I Knead Your Body, wellness isn't just about feeling better today. It's about building healthier habits, embracing healing, and creating a lifestyle that allows you to thrive for years to come!

"Because your body carries you through life, it deserves to be cared for with intention."
